 Fire Giant queen from the Reaper Bones line. I replaced the spear shaft with an aluminum tube.

 Here are my Bauhaus miniatures. The plastic models were rebased to use as an Imperial Guard army for Warhammer 40,000, so there is an Eagle Standard conversion, and 7 converted grenade launchers, one of whom is missing their backpack. Also, there are the heavy weapons on 2-man bases.
